You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:
Original Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original state.
Packaging: All original Mosley Mode branded boxes, pouches, and certificates must be included.
Security Tags: If your item arrived with a security tag, it must remain attached. Removal of the tag voids the return policy.
In compliance with international health and hygiene standards, earrings and pierced jewellery are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive faulty. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.
To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently by our Derby team:
Request Authorization: Email payment@mosleymode.com with your Order Number.
RMA Issuance: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Shipping: Please pack the item securely. We strongly recommend using a Tracked Shipping Service, as Mosley Mode Ltd cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit back to our facility.

We are happy to exchange items for a different style or size, subject to stock availability. Once your original piece is received and inspected at our Derby hub, we will dispatch your new selection.
We process all financial reversals through Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure:
Inspection: Please allow 2-3 business days for our quality control team to verify the condition of the returned jewellery.
Approval: Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method.
Bank Timeline: Per international banking regulations, funds typically reflect on your statement within 5-10 business days. We will provide a Stripe refund reference number upon request.
Every piece of jewellery is hand-inspected at 39 Moyne Gardens before dispatch. However, if an item arrives damaged:

We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or priority replacement at no additional cost.
