Dispatch Window: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Quality Inspection: Before leaving our 39 Moyne Gardens facility, every item undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
Confirmation: You will receive an automated email once your order has been packed and is ready for courier collection.
We provide reliable, tracked shipping services for all UK destinations:
Tracked Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days.
Tracked Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Courier Partners: We primarily use Royal Mail (Tracked 24/48) and DPD to ensure your jewellery is handled safely and can be monitored every step of the way.
Mosley Mode Ltd ships to selected international locations to bring British elegance worldwide:
Europe: 5-10 business days.
USA & Canada: 7-12 business days.
Rest of World: 10-15 business days.
Service: All international orders are sent via Tracked & Signed services (DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail International) for maximum security.
UK Orders: Calculated at checkout. We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £75.
International Orders: Calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

Once your package is scanned by the courier in Derby, you will receive a Tracking Number via email.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the courier’s official portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
For orders placed outside the United Kingdom:
Mosley Mode Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
To protect our customers and the integrity of our transactions via Stripe:
Signature Required: For high-value jewellery orders, we may require a signature upon delivery.
Address Verification: We only ship to the address provided at checkout. For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
Risk Assessment: We reserve the right to hold or cancel any shipment if our payment systems flag the order as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.
Damaged on Arrival: If your jewellery box arrives damaged, please contact payment@mosleymode.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.
Lost Packages: If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, we will launch an investigation with the carrier and ensure a resolution, either via a replacement or a full refund.
