To ensure the highest level of security for our customers, all financial transactions are processed via Stripe.
Payment Infrastructure: Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. Mosley Mode Ltd does not store, see, or process your raw credit card information. All data is securely handled via Tokenization.
Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order if they appear to be fraudulent or for resale purposes.
4. Product Pricing & Descriptions
Jewellery Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be 100% accurate.
Price Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Availability: All products are subject to stock availability at our Derby facility.
5. Fulfilment & Shipping Risk
All orders are quality-checked and dispatched from our hub at 39 Moyne Gardens.
Title of Goods: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Failures: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided at the time of checkout.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched from our Derby hub, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
